Hamilton, Bermuda – 23rd August 2022 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, due to a technical error, the stated maturity dates for Series 40, Issues 88 and 89 were incorrect in the Listing Announcements made on the 19^th August 2022. The correct maturity dates are as follows:

 

Series 40 – Issue 88 – 7% Secured Loan Notes due September 15, 2024

Series 40 – Issue 89 – 8% Secured Loan Notes due September 15, 2025
