Delisting of GASL Bermuda 1 Limited Subordinated 11% Promissory Note Due 31 December 2025

 

Hamilton, Bermuda:  20th, September 2022 – Following receipt by the Exchange of a formal notice from GASL Bermuda 1 Limited (the Issuer) of the early redemption of the Issuer’s Subordinated 11.00% Promissory Note due 31 December, 2025, the Exchange has de-listed the notes effective today, Tuesday, 20 September 2022.
