Hamilton, Bermuda – 24th October 2022 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 23rd October 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GB£25,000 - Series 37 - Issue 80 – 6.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore delisted the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today, Monday, 23rd, October 2022.
