Pursuant to Regulations 6.15 (1) and 6.20 of the BSX Listing Regulations Section IIA, we hereby notify the BSX that effective 31 October 2022, the Board of Directors of Butterfield approved the declaration and payment of an interim dividend on $0.44 per common share on the Bank’s Common Shares (the “Q3 Dividend”) payable on 28 November 2022 to the common shareholders of record as of the close of business on 14 November 2022.
