Hamilton, Bermuda: November 14, 2022 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s below listed Secured Loan Notes:

 

·         Acamar Films Limited - Secured Loan Note - Issue 018, 8.50% Notes Due November 11, 2022

·         Acamar Films Limited - Secured Loan Note - Issue 019, 9.0% Notes Due November 11, 2022

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today September 16^th, 2022.
