Hamilton, Bermuda 23 May 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), HSBC Holdings plc (Ticker: HSBC.BH) provided the following notice:

ISSUANCE OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES

On 23 May 2023, HSBC Holdings plc issued EUR1,750,000,000 4.856% Fixed to Floating Rate Notes due 2033 (the ‘Notes’) under its Debt Issuance Programme.

Application will be made to list the Notes on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trade the Notes on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
