Hamilton, Bermuda: 24 May 2023 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (Ticker: WIHL.BH) advised of the following:
May 23, 2023 – Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited (Bermuda – WIHL) (the “Company” or “WIHL”) announces that it has acquired 51,304 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$0.35 per share.
Following the acquisition and cancellation of the shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 649,237,237.
Background
Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited is a BVI business company with registered number 1628508 and registered office at Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (“Waterloo” or "WIHL").
WIHL is an international company with significant investments in the Caribbean and Latin America. Its operating businesses are mainly concentrated in finance, hospitality and port operations sectors of Belize and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
