Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) advised that effective 24 May 2023, Mr. James Burr is no longer a Director of the Board of Directors of The Bank of N.T Butterfield & Son Limited, as he did not stand for re-election at the Bank’s Annual General Meeting held 24 May 2023
