Hamilton, Bermuda: 7 June 2023 – Hypatia Ltd. (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) of the maturity and redemption of the below listed 2020-1 Notes:

 

·         Hypatia Ltd Series 2020-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due June 7, 2023

·         Hypatia Ltd Series 2020-1 Class B Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes Due June 7, 2023

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Wednesday, 7 June 2023.
