Hamilton, Bermuda: 9 June 2023 – Sanders Re III Ltd.,(the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed Series 2022-2 Class C Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due June 7, 2023 to June 7, 2026.

 

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.
