BF&M announces change to Board of Directors

Hamilton, Bermuda: 15 September 2023 – The BF&M Limited (“BF&M”, “the BF&M Group” or “the Company”) Board of Directors wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Christopher Harris as a Director with effect from 15 September 2023. Mr. Anthony Joaquin, Chairman of the Board of Directors commented, “We would like to thank Chris for his significant contribution both as a Director and Chairman of our Audit Committee. We all wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”
