Please be advised of the following market repurchase by the Company of its shares.  It is noted that the shares were repurchased from Simon Fine, a director of the Company.

 

Date of repurchase:                                           27 October 2023

Total number of shares repurchased:                   283,407 shares

Price paid per share:                                          200 pence

 

The shares repurchased will be cancelled.

 

As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 21,289,915 shares with voting rights of one vote per share. The Company does not hold any treasury shares.
