Aircastle Funding (Ireland) DAC, has added a further Co-Issuer, namely, Aircastle (Ireland) DAC to the following listed securities issued effective Friday, January 26, 2024:-

 

·         Aircastle Funding (Ireland) DAC 5.25% USD$976,055,000 Unsecured Senior A Notes due 1 April 2028

·         Aircastle Funding (Ireland) DAC 6.05% USD$303,945,000 Unsecured Senior B Notes due 1 April 2028

 

Aircastle Funding (Ireland) DAC, Aircastle (Ireland) DAC, Koala Aircraft Leasing (Ireland) DAC, Sulaco Aircraft Leasing (Ireland) DAC and Tempelhof Aircraft Leasing (Ireland) DAC now recognized together as being the Co-Issuers of the above debt securities.
