Hamilton, Bermuda:  2 December 2024 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Series 42- Issue 091 -  £25,000 - 8% - Notes due 25 November, 2024.

 

Redemption of Sema Lease UK Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – 2 December 2024 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 25 November 2024 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP25,000 - Series 41 - Issue 90– 8.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Monday, 2 December 2024.
