·         Symphony CLO 40 Ltd - Class B - Reg S - Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due January 14, 2034

·         Symphony CLO 40 Ltd - Class B - Rule 144A - Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due January 14, 2034

 

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today January 2, 2025.
