Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 January 2025 – Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on 17 January 2025 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP650,000 - Series 38 - Issue 84– 8.0% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
