Hamilton, Bermuda:  January 31, 2025 – SAF Group Finance Limited (the “Company”) advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed GPB£1,000,000 - 10% Secured Medium Term Note Due January 31, 2025.                                

 

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33. The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 31 January 2025.

 

Redemption of SAF Group Finance Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – January 31, 2025 – SAF Group Finance Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemptions in accordance with their terms on January 31, 2025 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,000,000 Issue #7 10% Secured Medium Term Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
