Hamilton, Bermuda: 28 November 2025- In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the delisting of the Company’s below listed Secured Loan Notes:

 

Early Redemption of Acamar Films Limited Notes

Hamilton, Bermuda – November 26, 2025

Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the early redemption on March 31st, 2025 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£500,000 - Series 50, 8.50% Secured Loan Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Friday, 28 November 2025.
