Hamilton, Bermuda:  January 14, 2026 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) has cancelled the listing of the following programme and securities under the Debt Listing Regulations – Regulation 7.26 further to its previous suspension by the BSX:

 

·         Sustainable Capital PLC – Medium Term Note Programme

·         Sustainable Capital PLC – Series 2023-F7 GBP Open Ended Solar Notes

·         Sustainable Capital PLC – Series 2024-F10 USD Open Ended Solar Notes

·         Sustainable Capital PLC – Series 2024-F9 GBP 4Y 12% Notes.
