Rivers Leasing PLC (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of March 9, 2026 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£550,000 Issue 48, 9.00% Notes (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
