The investment objective of the Company is to achieve medium term capital growth through Investments in Financial Institutions that are located in the Region, Central Europe or Eastern Europe, which the Investment Manager has identified as planning to undertake an initial offering (by means of a private placement, a sale to a strategic investor or an IPO), or to undertake mergers and acquisitions in the next three to four years.
