The investment objective of the Company is to provide investors with a positive return through exposure to selected international property transactions spread across different geographies and property sectors.  The Company will be focused on investing primarily in the UK and with a secondary emphasis internationally.  Investment opportunities will be sourced through the networks established by the Founders over many years.

The principal focus of the Company will be to invest directly in property opportunities (either wholly owned or in a partnership or joint venture with other property investors and developers) with development and enhancement potential.  Investment properties will be sought which have sustainable income flows, active management potential, positive rental yields relative to financing costs, and which offer the prospect of asset value appreciation.
