African Minerals (UK) Limited 11.5% Notes due 12 February 2013 constitutes a $500 million dollar issuance under the Exchange’s Restricted Marketing provisions for Qualified Investors and Section V of the BSX Listing Regulations pertaining to International Issuers of Debt Securities.
African Minerals (UK) Limited is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. The proceeds of the Note Program will be to finance costs and expenses associated with the Tonkolili iron ore project in Sierra Leone, West Africa.
