The Fund is a closed-ended mutual fund company incorporated in Bermuda on 10 April 2012 with registration number 46429.  The Fund and each of its underlying special purpose vehicles is audited by Ernst & Young.

The Fund’s aim is to provide investors with an opportunity to gain access to Brazilian land and development in the social housing market.
