The Bermuda Stock Exchange is now a MIAXTM Company
Incorporated as a Bermuda exempted company on 27 September 2007 under the name GGG Global Opportunities Limited with registration number 40713. On 19 June 2012, the Company changed its name to Wire & Wire Ltd.
Wire & Wire Ltd acts as a holding company for Wire & Wire Products incorporated in Malaysia and Wire & Wire Products (Labuan) Ltd, these two latter both being the operating companies. Both operating companies distribute wire products within the ASEAN region for manufacturers in China.
Transfer Agent and Custodian: Appleby Management (Bermuda) Ltd.
The shares have already been issued and placed with the existing shareholders, namely AK Capital Resources Limited, which own 100 % of the outstanding and issued shares. Qualified Investors only as defined by the BSX: Restricted Marketing Provisions.
Company was formally dissolved effective 03 September, 2013, resulting in the Company being delisted per Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24
