The Bermuda Stock Exchange is now a MIAXTM Company
Bermuda National Limited is a Bermuda exempt company whose shares are traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange under the ticker code, BNL.BH. Bermuda National is an unregulated investment holding company. It currently has investments in the banking, stockbroking and asset financing sectors. BNL’s primary investment is a 100% interest in Bermuda Commercial Bank Limited ( see web-site www.bcb.bm ), one of Bermuda’s four licensed banks, which focuses on corporate and private wealth.
Bermuda National will provide a platform for corporate acquisitions in the financial services sector. The fallout from the 2008 financial crisis is expected to continue to provide a number of attractive investment opportunities. Bermuda National will look to make further investments in the financial services sector where acquisitions meet the Company’s investment objectives.
Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of BNL at the exercise price of US$12.00. The Warrants have an expiry date of 31 December, 2013.
