Bosphorus Re Ltd. (name changed on 09 September, 2014, and formerly known as Bosphorus 1 Re Ltd.) (the “Issuer”) is a Bermuda company established as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda on 7 November, 2012 under company number 47060 with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM12, Bermuda.

On 11 January 2013 the company was registered as a Special Purpose Insurer under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended.

The Series 2013-1 Class A Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 03 May 2016 are exposed to the perils of Earthquake and covered events as described in the Offering Circular Supplement on an aggregate basis over the risk period. The Notes will be issued in United States currency, in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
