Biomax Rubber Industries Ltd. (the "Company") is a Bermuda exempted holding company with limited liability which was incorporated on 27 February, 2013, and is the parent company of wholly-owned subsidiary, Biomax Rubber Industries SDN BHD (“Biomax Malaysia”), a company organized under the laws of Malaysia.  Biomax Malaysia has one direct wholly-owned subsidiary, Biomax Resources SDN BHD, which operates as the marketing arm of the group.

The Company’s main business is the manufacture of medical/examination (“ME”) gloves in Malaysia. Biomax manufactures premium non-sterile latex ME gloves, pre-powdered, polymer coated and trades chlorinated powder free gloves for the healthcare industry. Biomax‘s products are exported to more than twenty countries including the United State of America, Vietnam, Europe, China, Middle East, India and Australia.

The Company was granted  a waiver from marketing restrictions pursuant to BSX Regulation 4.10 as set out in Chapter 4 of IIIA of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Listing Regulations with effect from 8 October, 2013.  Consequently, the Company’s listed securities may be held by the general public and can be freely traded on the BSX.
