MetroCat Re Ltd. is a company incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda on 13 June 2013 under company number 47805 with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM12, Bermuda, and registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda.
The nominal market capitalization of the Notes is US$200,000,000 being the total face value of the Series 2013-1 Class A Notes which are exposed to loss events (named storms and earthquakes) on a per occurrence or aggregate basis during the Risk period, as specified in the Circular. The Series 2013-2 Class A Notes are subject to extension at the election of the Ceding Insurer, as described in the Circular.
The Notes will each be issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
