Galileo Re Ltd. is a company incorporated as an exempted company under the laws of Bermuda on 30 September 2013 under company registration number 48208 with registered office address at Canon’s Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton HM12, Bermuda. The Issuer is registered as an SPI under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978, as amended.

The US$ 300 Million Series-1 2013 Notes due 09 January 2017 ("Series 2013-1 Notes"), are issued pursuant to the Program and in accordance with specific terms set out in the offering circular for the Program with the Supplement.

The Notes, due 09 January 2017 (the "Series 2013-1 Notes"), will be exposed to Named Storms affecting the Named Storm Covered Area, Earthquakes affecting the Earthquake Covered Area and Europe Windstorms affecting the Europe Windstorm Covered Area on an annual aggregate basis during the Risk Period.

The Notes will each be issued in minimum denominations of $250,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof.
