CANADIAN ROYALTY FUNDING CORP. (“the Company”), was incorporated on April 8, 2015, under the Business Issuers Act (Ontario) (registration number 002461209), and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caldwell Financial Ltd.    

The Company has listed by way of Introduction 16,000 subscription receipts (“Subscription Receipts”) at a price of $1,000 per Subscription Receipt (“Subscription Receipt Offering Price”), subject to a minimum investment of CAD$25,000 per investor.  Marketing of the issuance outside of Canada will be restricted to Qualified Investors and marketing inside of Canada will be restricted to Accredited Investors. 

3 June 2015 6,542 Subscription Receipts were converted to 6,542 Debentures valued at $6,542,000.
