Centaur Group Finance Ltd Segregated Account #4 - Centaur Claims Bond (the “Issuer”) Programme intends to issue a total principal amount $50,000,000 of bonds (the “Bonds”)  acting in respect of and through the Issuer. The Bonds will be issued in one or more series and one or more issues. It is intended that each tranche will have different coupons and maturity dates.

The Issuer intends to use the proceeds of the Bonds for the purposes of, in accordance with the recommendations of the Manager, debt financing Centaur Trade Finance Ltd and/or finance general corporate expenses, ancillary fees, costs and expenses of the Issuer and/or its Affiliates. Centaur Trade Finance Ltd is a special purpose vehicle established to utilise monies from the Issuer to onward lend and/or invest in various types of ‘claims’ including but not limited to, mis sold payment protection insurance claims, airline delay claims, and mis sold packaged bank account claims, such claims to be processed and/or managed by a regulated (as appropriate) and appropriately experienced and/or qualified “claims management company”.
