Lion II Re DAC (the “Issuer”) is an Irish designated activity company limited by shares to be authorized by the Central Bank of Ireland as a special purpose vehicle under the European Union (Insurance and Reinsurance) Regulations 2015 of Ireland (the “Reinsurance Regulations”). The Issuer was incorporated under the laws of Ireland on February 16, 2017 under the company number 598720. Walkers Ireland Shareholding Services Limited (the “Share Trustee”) holds all of the Issuer’s issued and outstanding share capital in trust for charitable purposes.The Notes are exposed to the perils of Europe Windstorm, Italy Earthquake and Europe Flood in the applicable covered Area.
