Tailwind Re Ltd. (the “Issuer”) was incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on 20 November 2017 with registration number 53091 as a Bermuda exempted company. The Issuer was licensed under the Insurance Act as a special purpose insurer on 6 December 2017.
