GASL Bermuda 1 Limited, is an exempted company formed under the laws of Bermuda with registration number 53141 and registered office at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, HM 11 Bermuda and a subsidiary of GASL Holdings LLC, the current Noteholder.

The Issuer’s principal activities include indirectly and directly acquiring, financing, re-financing, owning, leasing, re-leasing, maintaining, operating, selling and modifying the Aircraft.  The Issuer may also enter into certain liquidity facilities, and establish and provide loans or guarantees to, or in respect of, its Subsidiaries.
