BRITANNIC OPPORTUNITIES LIMITED (“the Company”), was incorporated with limited liability in Guernsey and registered on 18 December 2013 (registration number 57717) under the provisions of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 1994, as amended (now operating under The Companies (Guernsey) Law, 2008) and having a share capital comprised of 10 Management Shares of GBP1.00 each and 999,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each. Ten Management Shares are in issue for administrative reasons and were issued at par. The Company is recognised as a closed-ended investment company and is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. 

Fund Investment Objective:

·        100% GBP principal preservation

·        Participation in full positive growth of FTSE100 Index

·        38% digital return should the index be positive

·        100% of the growth in the index level above 138% of the initial index level

The B Class USD-denominated Shares will be allocated to each new Shareholder who, on the applicable Closing Date, subscribes for B Class Shares in the Company. 

Description of Securities: - up to 60,000 Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each of Britannic Opportunities Limited(“the Shares”).

At the date of listing 18,597.750 Class B Ordinary Shares were issued at a price of USD1,723.1919 per share.
