The Notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed, on a secured basis, by each of the Issuer's wholly owned subsidiaries Myovant Holdings Limited, Myovant Sciences, Inc., Myovant Sciences GmbH, and Myovant Sciences Ireland Limited (the “Guarantors”).
