Gateway Re Ltd., is a Bermuda exempted company incorporated under the laws of Bermuda on March 18, 2022 and is registered as a Special Purpose Insurer in Bermuda effective April  2022. Its issued share is held pursuant to the terms of the Gateway Re Purpose Trust by Conyers Trust Company (Bermuda) Limited as share trustee (the “Share Trustee”).
