White Rock Insurance (SAC) Ltd. was incorporated under the name Three Star Insurance Company Limited under
the laws of Bermuda on November 30, 1982 and effective September 11, 2001, White Rock was registered under the
Segregated Accounts Companies Act 2000. . White Rock’s principal activity is the provision of segregated accounts.
Effective August 15, 2012, under the laws of Bermuda, White Rock received its long term Class C license under
the Insurance Act, 1978, as amended (Insurance Act). White Rock is also licensed as a Class 3 general business insurer
under the Act.
White Rock is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd., a Bermuda exempted
company incorporated on 30 March 1970. Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda) Ltd. is 100% owned by a number of
Aon plc subsidiaries that are ultimately 100% owned by Aon plc.
White Rock has registered under the SAC Act as a segregated accounts company and derives its income from
fees charged to segregated accounts, writing insurance for the participants and keeping separate books of accounts for
each program. The programs cover includes worker’s compensation, property catastrophe/damages and business
interruption, product and environmental liability, financial guarantees and derivatives/swaps. White Rock does not
write any insurance from its general account.
