The Fund is a U.S. dollar-denominated money market fund designed for institutions that are not U.S. persons and institutions acting on behalf of clients who are not U.S. persons. It seeks to provide current income that is not U.S. source income and to preserve capital.

The Fund's investment objective is to seek current income which is not U.S. Source Income and to preserve capital. In pursuing its investment objective, the Fund invests in a broad range of high quality U.S. dollar-denominated money market instruments and shortterm debt obligations, which present minimal credit risks, including government, bank and commercial obligations that may be available in the money markets.
