Hamilton, Bermuda – 05 February 2020 — In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “BSX”), One Communications Ltd., (the "Company"; Ticker: ONE.BH), advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of January 2020 the company repurchased 92,126 of its common shares at an average price of $3.49 for immediate cancellation.
