Hamilton, Bermuda – 1 February 2021– In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), NB Reinsurance Ltd (“NB Re” or the “Company”), a Bermuda exempted company registered as (i) a Class 3 insurer and (ii) a segregated accounts company, announces that it purchased 6,673 of its own preferred shares (the “Shares”) on January 31, 2021. These Shares are to be held in a treasury account of the Company.
