Hamilton, Bermuda:  4^th, August 2022 – Maple Bidco Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the early redemption and the delisting of the Company’s BSX listed PIK Notes Due 31 December, 2025. (the Notes) and the delisting of the PIK Note Programme. (the Programme).

Early Redemption and delisting of PIK Notes due 31 December, 2025 and the delisting of Maple Bidco Limited PIK Note Programme

Maple Bidco Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the early redemption on 8 July 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed, PIK Notes, the PIK Notes and the Programme, have been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore delisted the Notes & Programme pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The del-listing from the Exchange is effective today, Thursday, 4^th, August 2022.
