Hamilton, Bermuda: September 16, 2022 - In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) of the maturity and redemption of the Company’s BSX listed Secured Loan Note - GBP £2,085,000 - Series 16 - 8.50% Due 16^th, September 2022 (the Notes) in accordance with their terms.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today September 16^th, 2022.
