Hamilton, Bermuda – 20th November 2022 – Time Finance plc (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms as of 20th November 2022 of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£3,000,000 – Issue 10, 7.25% Notes due 20th November 2022 (the “Notes”), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
