HSBC Funds – Change in Investment Manger Ownership Structure
Hamilton, Bermuda 9 October 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the HSBC Funds advised under the BSX Collective Vehicles Listing Regulations Section IV, Chapter 6, 6.13, (8), that effective 2 October 2023, ownership of HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited (“HBBM”) changed from HSBC Overseas Holdings Limited to HSBC Bank PLC.
HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited is the sole shareholder of HSBC Global Asset Management (Bermuda) Limited who acts as Investment Manager of the HSBC Funds.
