HAMILTON, Bermuda – 2 November 2023 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), The Allan Gray Funds advised that they have amended the following introductory booklets with effect from 1 November 2023:

 

We have amended the introductory booklets relating to the below Allan Gray funds

 

·         Allan Gray Africa ex-SA Equity Fund

·         Allan Gray Africa Equity Fund

·         Allan Gray Frontier Markets Equity Fund

 

 

The amendments relate to the Allan Gray Africa ex-SA Equity Fund’s benchmark change from the Standard Bank Africa Total Return Index to the MSCI EFM Africa ex-SA Index, as well as an MSCI disclaimer which has been added to all funds’ introductory booklets.
