Hamilton, Bermuda:  July 26, 2024 – Somers Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the BSX) of the maturity and redemption of their Somers Limited – 6.000% Fixed Rate Loan Notes listed on the BSX.

 

 

The de-listing of the securities from the BSX pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33 is effective today, July 26, 2024.
