Hamilton, Bermuda – August 14, 2024

Acamar Films Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following a corporate action to amend Series 47 to become a zero coupon note on August 14, 2024, the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) listed GBP£1,600,000 - Series 47, 10.00% Secured Loan Notes, said Note has been delisted from the BSX.

The Exchange has therefore de-listed the Notes pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The de-listing from the Exchange is effective today Thursday, 29 August 2024
