Hamilton, Bermuda: - 17 September 2025: - Global Private Equity One Limited (the “Company”) has advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) of the extension of the maturity date of the Company’s BSX listed funds due 11 December 2025. The below listed funds have been extended to 11 December 2029.

The Exchange has therefore extended the maturity date of the funds pursuant to the provisions of the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.33.  The extension on the Exchange is effective today, 17 September 2025.
